Jeff LaFavre, senior partner with Minneapolis-based Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin, recently helped close a more than 5,000-square-foot industrial lease in Burnsville, Minn.
LaFavre acted as a consultant for his client, Haag Engineering Co., in the lease transaction of 5,353 square feet. The deal represents a renewal and expansion of premises.
