Partners Capital brokered the sale of Oak Hill Plaza, a 115,512-square-foot retail center at 7101 State Hwy 71 in Austin, Texas, at the intersection of US Highway 290 West and Texas State Highway 71.
The sale was brokered by Kyle Minter, James Sharpe V, and Cole Frantz of Newmark.
The disposition marks the third property sale completed by Partners Capital’s Opportunity Fund IV investment vehicle, following the sales of Murphy Southwest Business Center in December 2025 and 10849 and 10899 Kinghurst Drive in July 2024. Partners Capital originally acquired Oak Hill Plaza in August 2021.
Oak Hill Plaza sits at the convergence of Hwy 290 W and Highway 71 W in Southwest Austin — an interchange commonly known locally as the “Oak Hill Y” and one of the region’s most heavily traveled retail corridors. The center is well occupied and includes The Picklr, Dollar Tree, AutoZone, Wells Fargo, Pluckers, and more.
The sale adds to an active year for Partners Capital, which recently announced the acquisition of Colonnade of McAllen, a 41,041-sq.-ft. retail center in McAllen, Texas and the second acquisition for Opportunity Fund VI, as well as the acquisition of Powers Ferry Business Park, a 261,949-sq.-ft. flex/service center in Atlanta and Fund VI’s first acquisition.
