Partners Capital, the investment platform of Partners, announced that it has hired hospitality expert Adam Lair to lead its hospitality investment strategy and launch Partners Hospitality Fund I later this year.
In his new role as managing director, Lair will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Hospitality Investment Fund’s operations, including investment strategy, deal sourcing, due diligence, asset management and investor relations.
Lair has over 17 years of experience in corporate strategy, contract negotiation, financial forecasting and investment modeling. Prior to Partners, he served as managing director at HVS, where he spearheaded the strategic growth of HVS’ US operations and underwrote more than 2,500 real estate transaction and development deals totaling over $20 billion in asset value.
Partners Hospitality Fund I is scheduled to launch in the Summer of 2023.
