Partners Real Estate hired Joseph Cooper as Equity Partner on its Industrial team in Dallas.
Cooper joins Partners from SRS Real Estate Partners, where he served as an Executive Vice President and Principal, and helped establish and scale that firm’s industrial practice. In under two years, he climbed to the top ranks of the firm’s producers nationally, finishing 2023 ranked #7 among roughly 200 brokers firmwide.
That year, he completed 44 lease transactions totaling 1.2 million sq. ft. and 11 sales transactions valued at $47.9 million, including a 100,000-sq.-ft. lease in Phoenix for the world’s largest HVAC manufacturer and a 74,000-sq.-ft. building sale in Garland, Texas. That production earned him recognition as a National winner in Connect CRE’s 2024 Top Broker Awards.
Joining Cooper in Partners’ Dallas office is Associate Katrina Kieu. Kieu began her career with internships at Stream Realty Partners and Weitzman before moving to SRS’s industrial team full-time following her graduation from the University of Texas at Dallas.
