
Partners Real Estate appointed Doug Madeley as Chief Financial Officer in Houston.
In this role, Madeley will lead the company’s financial strategy, including capital allocation, financial operations, reporting, risk management, and strategic planning to support Partners’ continued rapid growth and expansion of its fully integrated commercial real estate services, investments, and development platform.
Madeley is the latest in a series of strategic senior leadership hires—following CBRE alums Marla Diliberto coming aboard as Chief Marketing Officer and Peter Mainguy joining Partners as Partner and Executive Managing Director of its Services business in Texas; and longtime top Stream Realty executive JJ Leonard as Partner and Managing Director of its Dallas office—accelerating the company’s growth trajectory and enhancing its reputation for attracting top-tier industry talent and delivering comprehensive, multidisciplinary solutions as it builds toward a national presence.
Madeley previously served as Chief Financial Officer for End Point Energy, a private startup energy enterprise focused on maximizing returns through acquiring and enhancing energy assets. Prior to that role he was Managing Director, Finance at Oasis Petroleum, where he led corporate planning, capital allocation, and capital structuring across a vertically integrated energy enterprise. Prior roles at Oasis included Director of Finance and Strategic Planning and Business Development Manager, contributing to corporate development, operational optimization, and system integration. Mr. Madeley’s early career Included time in investment banking and private equity at Simmons & Co. and NGP Capital Management, respectively, where he gained valuable sell-side and buy-side experience transacting on over $3 billion of deal flow.
Madeley holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MS in Finance from Texas A&M University, and a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
