Partners Real Estate hired Jen C. Suddreth as Director of Property Management, supporting cients and teams in Houston and Dallas.
In her new role, Suddreth will oversee Partners’ Houston and Dallas property management operations, leading property and engineering teams to deliver exceptional service for the firm’s clients and their assets.
Suddreth brings more than two decades of property management experience to Partners. Most recently, she served as Vice President at JLL where she directed a 3 million-sq.-ft. Class A office and retail portfolio in downtown Houston, guiding multiple property and engineering teams across daily operations, financial performance, and capital planning.
During her tenure, she managed over $20 million in capital and modernization projects, including lobby renovations, tenant lounges, fitness centers, destination dispatch elevators, and technology upgrades, plus implemented PropTech and analytics tools to improve reporting and tenant engagement.
Ms. Suddreth completed undergraduate coursework at Brigham Young University and holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. She is on the Foundation Board in Houston’s Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and is an active Instructor for Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).
