Partners Real Estate negotiated a 67,877-square-foot industrial lease for Adams Extract & Spice in China Grove, Texas.
The lease, located just outside of San Antonio, marks a significant expansion for the iconic Texas-based spice and extract manufacturer. Partners’ Stan Nowak and Andrew Alizzi, represented Adams Extract & Spice in the transaction.
