Pathway to Living grows leadership team welcoming new operations and sales executives

Pathway to Living, a Chicago-based developer, owner and operator of senior housing communities and senior housing arm of Chicago-based real estate investor and operator Waterton, announced two high-level additions to its leadership team. Alex Germain-Robin will join the firm as vice president of operations and Shea Krause returns as vice president of sales and marketing. Both will report to Jeff Floyd, who joined the firm as senior vice president, senior living operations earlier this year.

As Pathway to Living continues to position itself for growth in the senior living sector, its leadership team will play a significant role in expanding the company’s footprint. With its well-rounded team in place, from operations and sales to site-level and clinical associates, Pathway to Living is well-positioned for the future, while embracing the firm’s legacy and taking advantage of growth opportunities.

Ms. Krause returns to Pathway to Living, having served briefly as regional director of sales in 2019. Ms. Krause will be responsible for the strategic direction of the firm’s metric-centered sales strategy, driving results and improving performance across Pathway to Living’s portfolio. Previously, Ms. Krause was director of sales at Discovery Senior Living and, prior to that, she was regional director of sales at both Pegasus Senior Living and Enlivant Senior Living.

Mr. Germain-Robin has extensive experience throughout many Midwest and East Coast markets similar to those in which Pathway to Living currently operates. He will be responsible for building and developing operational initiatives, processes and procedures to support the firm’s strategic direction and growing national portfolio. Previously, he was regional director of operations at Discovery Senior Living and prior to that, was vice president of regional operations at Pegasus Senior Living, and vice president of operations at Enlivant Senior Living.
