Paul Reaumond promoted to vice chairman in Chicago for CBRE

CBRE announced the promotion of Paul Reaumond to vice chairman, the highest producer ranking at the firm. Part of CBRE’s occupier advisory and transactions business, Reaumond has completed 20.5 million square feet of transactions valued at more than $4 billion since joining the firm in 2008.

At 36, Reaumond is the youngest professional to ever receive the title at CBRE Chicago.

“Paul has an incredible drive for success,” said Jamie Georgas, senior managing director for CBRE’s Chicago office. “This achievement at such an early stage of his career speaks to his determination and dedication to serving his clients and delivering exceptional outcomes. It is a true testament to his leadership and talent.”

Reaumond is consistently one of CBRE’s top professionals. In the past year alone, he was named “Office Broker of the Year” at the Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards by the Greater Chicago Food Depository and received NAIOP Chicago’s “Office Transaction of the Year” Award.

Reaumond’s innovative approach to real estate mirrors the disruptive nature of his clients. He represents a number of Chicago’s fastest-growing companies, including Sprout Social, Relativity, Enova, Avant, Tempus and Grainger, as well as some of the largest financial services firms in the U.S. His success stems from his proven ability to deliver customized real estate solutions, negotiate high-value transactions and manage complex multi-market portfolios that fuel the larger business goals and diverse needs of his clients.

Reaumond’s ties to Chicago’s entrepreneurial community extend beyond his professional practice. In 2018, he launched The Reaumond Foundation to provide funding for pancreatic cancer treatment research and support for patients and their families. The foundation will host its second annual gala on February 22, 2020.
