A joint venture of PCCP, LLC and Watermark Companies will develop Canvas at Woodbury North, an 89-unit single-family for-rent community on 25.8 acres in Woodbury, Minnesota.
Located in the northern portion of the city close to Lake Elmo, the project is anticipated to deliver the first homes in fall 2022 with final completion expected in fall 2023. It will be the joint venture’s second purpose-built SFR community on the east side of the Twin Cities.
Canvas at Woodbury North will feature stand-alone residences with large lot sizes measuring 50 feet wide by 115 feet deep. The unit mix will consist of two-, three-, four- and five-bedrooms that range from 1,200 to 2,966 square feet. Floor plans will include single-story and multi-story homes. The units will feature open floor plans and industrial accents throughout.
All homes will feature standard single-family home features such as washer/dryers, two-car attached garages, and backyards in addition to a variety of amenities including smart home technology system that allows residents to open their doors and garages through an app, pet retreats, and package drop-off boxes on the side of each home. The community will also offer residents a clubhouse, a fitness center, pool, and dog park.
