Peak Construction Corporation has been selected by Hallmark Investment Corporation and Love Hotel Management Company to provide design-build services for their Marriott Residence Inn in Bolingbrook.
The four-story, 77,000-square-foot hotel will include 103 guestroom suites, including eight ADA accessible guestroom suites. An enclosed swimming pool area, outdoor patio with BBQ and fire pit and a multi-purpose sport court are some of the amenities offered by the hotel.
Fully equipped guestroom kitchens will complement the extended stay facility.
The project broke ground in March with expected completion in Spring 2017. Norr Architects and Manhard Consulting, Ltd. are providing architectural and civil engineering services, respectively.
