Peak Construction completes M. Block & Sons’ tenant improvement

Peak Construction Corporation recently completed a tenant improvement for M. Block & Sons, Inc. at their 900,000 square foot facility in Tinley Park, IL.

Peak and their subcontractor team added a breakroom and bathrooms for employment expansion, upgraded the electrical system for improved business efficiencies and enhanced the exterior security system in preparation of future conveying systems. Harris Architects provided architectural services and Kimley-Horn provided civil engineering services.

M. Block and Sons is a leading provider of end-to-end supply chain solutions, tailored to provide manufacturers with a comprehensive infrastructure for the sales and distribution of their products to the retail market. They offer traditional warehousing, distribution and logistics as well as customer support services such as order management, compliance management, reverse distribution, accounts receivable and credit management.
