Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded NorthPoint Development’s Heartland 94 Logistics Building 1 at 8311 38th St. in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Peak is teamed with studioNorth Architecture and Pinnacle Engineering Group on this project. Construction will start this spring with a scheduled completion for January of 2022.
The building will be 757,281 square feet with a 40-foot clear height, 76 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 234 trailer parking spaces and 414 parking spaces.
