Peak Construction Corporation awarded Heartland Building A

Peak Construction Corporation has announced its been awarded Clarion Partners’ Heartland Building A.

The 319,000-square-foot “sister” spec industrial distribution facility is located in Shorewood, Illinois next to the 750,000-square-foot facility Peak just completed for Clarion Partners.

The new warehouse will have 32′ clear height, a fully adhered white TPO roof, two drive-in ramps, 327 parking spaces, 63 trailer stalls, 168 dock positions and five knock outs for future docks. The project will be completed in June 2016.“Delivery on our first project together was seamless. Peak could not have exceeded my expectations anymore and we are excited to be working with them again,” shared John M. Clinton, Senior Vice President of Clarion Partners.“We are thrilled to continue our relationship with Clarion Partners and the Village of Shorewood” president John Reilly, said.
