Peak Construction Corporation has started construction on a Holiday Inn Express in Lockport, Illinois on behalf of Janko Group. Completion is expected in December 2020 with the hotel opening in Spring 2021.
Peak is teamed with NORR as the architect and RTM Engineering Consultants as the civil engineer. The three-story, 50,347-square-foot, limited-service hotel will feature 181 rooms, a pool, fitness area, large lobby and lounge, breakfast area, 800-square-foot meeting space and a business center.
