Des Plaines, Illinois-based Peak Construction Corporation’s PeakGiving Team built Santa a new house last week. This was perfect timing, as he’s expecting 75 children and their families at Operation North Pole’s annual fantasy trip to the North Pole during the weekend of Dec. 9.

Working with Chicago’s major hospitals, Operation North Pole has been providing a day of fun for families who have children battling life-threatening illnesses. The day’s festivities include breakfast, a holiday train ride to the North Pole, a visit wtih Santa, entertainment, treats and personal wish-list gifts.

Multiple subcontractors partnered with Peak, including All-Tech Decorating, Connelly Electric, Electrical Design Systems, IMEG, Midwest Dock Solutions, Midwestern Steel Fabricators of Chicago, Schuepfer, Shambaugh & Son, Sun Mechanical Systems and Unique Plumbing Co.
