Peak Construction Corporation just completed renovation of Pactiv’s Bridgeview manufacturing warehouse on behalf of Darwin Realty and Development Corporation.
The facility will house a dry offset printing process.
Renovation of the 50 year old, 121,900 sf facility included a complete demolition of the existing boiler and fire protection system, installation of new, energy efficient heating units with a new ESFR fire protection system, installation of new dock equipment that met Pactiv’s exceptional standards, a new 5,500 sf link connecting their buildings, and exterior improvements of new pavement and landscaping.
