Peak Construction Corporation has completed Shorr Packaging Corp.’s tenant improvement. Shorr Packaging has leased all 245,452 square feet of Scannell Properties’ DuPage Business Center facility in West Chicago, Illinois, which Peak also completed in 2020. The tenant improvement was fast-tracked for an early January completion.
