Peak Construction Corporation has been named the design-build contractor for the HC Companies’ build-to-suit warehouse and distribution facility in Middlefield, Ohio, on behalf of Scannell Properties.
This 747,000-square-foot distribution facility is being built adjacent to HC Companies’ existing Ohio manufacturing facility.
Project completion is expected in the third quarter of 2025.
Peak Construction has partnered with Harris Architects, Weber Engineering Services and SMBH Structure Engineering on the project.
