Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded a 135,200-square-foot tenant improvement for an indisclosed tenant in Scannell Properties’ industrial facility in Twinsburg, Ohio.
The TI consists of 3,200 square feet of office and 132,000 square feet of warehouse, including 16 new docks and LED lighting.
With an expedited schedule to complete the IT room in three weeks and full buildout in eight, the project will be completed in the first week of August.
