Peak Construction Corporation was awarded the Strongsville Commerce Center in Strongsville, Ohio, by Scannell Properties.
The 310,080-square-foot design-build facility will have 32-foot clear height, 32 dock doors, 42 additional knock-out panels and three drive-in doors.
The project is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2022. Peak is teamed with HSB Architects + Engineers as the architect and Neff Associates as the civil engineer.
