Peak Construction Corporation was awarded a third build-to-suit project by Scannell Properties in Ohio. The 400,000-square-foot facility in Twinsburg, Ohio, has been designed for O’Reilly Auto Parts.
The building will have 32-foot clear height, an ESFR sprinkler system, 65 dock doors, one drive-in door, 63 trailer storage spaces and parking for 358 cars and 10 trailers.
