Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital has hired Peak Construction Corporation to oversee a pair of simultaneous tenant improvements within the hospital’s Remington Blvd. medical office building in Bolingbrook, Ill.
The second-floor build-out for the building’s gastrointestinal specialty care unit includes a new waiting room, exam rooms, office and break room. Midwest Bone & Joint Specialists’ expansion will include an open office area, new exam room and new break room.
Peak previously completed the core and shell of the Bolingbrook medical office building in 2006 and completed multiple tenant improvements in 2010.
