Peak Construction Corp. teamed up with Marty Edmondson and Black Creek Group on a trio of projects last year in Bensenville, Mt. Prospect and Naperville, Illinois.
The 131,040-square-foot speculative facility in Naperville, located on Frontenac Road, features 32-foot clear height, 149 parking spaces, 22 dock positions and two drive-in doors. Peak’s Jeff Musielewicz, Tyler Sullivan and Brandon Wright have been working closely with Ware Malcomb and Kimley-Horn. The project will be completed this spring.
Additionally, a pair of speculative buildings are being constructed in the O’Hare submarket, one on Sesame Street in Bensenville and the other on Wall Street in Mt. Prospect. Peak’s Dale Carter, Julia Hernandez, John Sanders and Jeff Landis are working closely with Cornerstone Architects and Cage Civil Engineering in Bensenville and SpaceCo, Inc. in Mt. Prospect. Both buildings were recently completed.
The 116,294-square-foot Bensenville facility features 32-foot clear height, 106 parking spaces, 18 dock positions and two drive-in doors. The facility in Mt. Prospect is 132,270 square feet and features 32-foot clear height, 176 parking spaces, 27 dock positions and two drive-in doors.
