Peak Properties LLC has been tapped for management of three buildings in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood. This adds 37 luxury apartments and six commercial spaces to Peak’s management portfolio which includes multifamily and commercial real estate assets valued at over $3 billion.

The three properties include Bucktown Station (1870 N Winnebago), 1800 N. Milwaukee and 2404-14 W. The buildings offer high-end amenities ranging from balconies and a rooftop deck, to heated garage parking, and technology perks such as Swiftlane-controlled building entry and Smart Rent technology that controls thermostats and apartment locks at the touch of a button.
