Peak Properties, LLC has been tapped to take over management of 144 apartments plus the associated master condominium association units at Old Orchard Residences and is now responsible for the entire five building, 216-unit complex located at 10100 – 10116 Old Orchard Court in Skokie.
“We are well-versed in managing complex operations for all apartment building types and our ability to step in with a turn-key operation is our advantage,” said Managing Partner Mike Zucker.
Peak Properties, LLC now manages over 8,000 apartments plus commercial space throughout Chicagoland.
The updated one – and two-bedroom apartments are all finished with recently upgraded kitchens and baths, abundant parking and a welcoming outdoor space.
