President Shane Rachman of Peak Realty Chicago has hired Julia Prindiville Eich as director of marketing, a newly-created position at the boutique, full-service real estate brokerage firm specializing in Chicago’s neighborhoods.
In her new role, she will influence all facets of client and consumer marketing as well as communications for new business, leasing, residential sales and investment sales. Eich joins Peak Realty Chicago from Golub & Company where she most recently served as senior marketing associate, developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans for both multi-family residential projects and commercial assets. She also previously served as a marketing coordinator for REMAX in Chicago’s suburbs.
Eich graduated from Marquette University, Milwaukee, with a B.A., Public Relations and Marketing Magna Cum Laude. She currently resides in Chicago with her husband.
