Des Plaines, Illinos-based Peak Construction Corporation’s Riddell industrial project in North Ridgeville, Ohio, won Construction Project of the Year – Industrial at NAIOP’s Northern Ohio chapter’s May 9 Awards of Excellence event.

Nominations were submitted in February and were judged by a panel of industry experts using a weighted system of 13 different factors. Finalists were published in April, and winners were announced at the event.

More than 300 attended the awards ceremony at Windows on the River|Powerhouse Nautica in Cleveland.

The Riddell project team also included Scannell Properties, Avison Young, Heitman Architects Incorporated, IMEG Corp. and the city of North Ridgeville.

This is the first NAIOP award that Peak Construction Corporation has won in Ohio.
