Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Knoxville Plaza, a 29,984-square foot retail property located in Peoria, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $1,825,000.
Dominic Sulo, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Sulo. Knoxville Plaza is located at 2004 N. Knoxville Ave in Peoria and has a strong neighborhood tenant mix. This deal generated multiple offers and closed in less than 30 days.
