Peoria, Illinois-based Cullinan Properties has made two additions to its team.
Wayne Wozniak has joined Cullinan Properties as senior vice president for accounting and will work from the company’s Chicago office. He has nearly 25 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Before joining Cullinan, Wozniak served as vice president of accounting for Chicago-based Golub & Company.
Ryan Whalen has joined Cullinan as regional property manager for the company’s central Illinois and Florida portfolio. He will be based in the company’s East Peoria, Illinois, office.
He has nearly 25 years experience in real estate management, the last seven years with Washington Prime Group overseeing properties in Illinois, Ohio and Texas.
