Philips Electronics, a diversified health and well-being company, and a leader in healthcare, lifestyle and lighting, has signed a long-term lease renewal for 73,753 square feet in Duke Realty‘s O’Hare International Center I, where it has been a tenant since 1987.
O’Hare International Center I is part of a two-building Class A office complex Duke Realty owns, manages and leases in Rosemont, Ill., just two miles from O’Hare International Airport.
“Philips is a valuable, longstanding tenant and we are pleased that they chose to remain in O’Hare International Center and extend their lease with us,” said Steve Schnur, senior vice president of Duke Realty’s Chicago operations in a release.
Gregg Raus, Molly Carroll, Jen Wrinkle and Rick Fahey with Jones Lang LaSalle represented Philips Electronics in the transaction, while Josh Robbins, Senior Leasing Representative, represented Duke Realty.
Located at 10275 West Higgins Road just off the Kennedy Expressway and I-294, O’Hare International Center includes two nine-story buildings each with approximately 258,000 square feet. The office complex features a 143-seat auditorium and structured, covered parking. Also located on the premises are Nick’s Fishmarket and Harry Caray’s Restaurant, as well as several lodging options.
