Montgomery is a shareholder with PS&E and concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, business and corporate law, construction law and municipal law. Montgomery has also been recognized as a Forty Under 40 honoree and a member of Leadership Dayton, Class of 2007.
