Pillar has originated a $16.25 million Fannie Mae DUS loan for the refinancing of Georgetown Apartments, a 395-unit garden-style multi-family property in Merriam, Kansas.
The property is more than 95-percent leased.
Pillar’s Chicago originations team of Adam Klingher and Brooke Jackson originated the loan. The ponsor is Malkin Properties, an owner/operator of multi-family properties across the country.
Georgetown Apartments is located 11 miles southwest of downtown Kansas City.
