A six-unit multifamily building sold at 1644 W. 21st Street in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood. Paul Cawthon and Angelo Labriola of the Cawthon-Labriola Group at SVN Chicago Commercial were the sole brokers in the transaction. The asset sold for $1,295,000 prior to being listed on the open market.
“This was a condo-quality investment which was meticulously maintained by the seller. The property was renovated in 2012 and featured three full-floor apartments with parking in the rear. The purchaser liked the favorable unit mix and proximity to the 18th Street Pink Line stop,” Cawthon said.
