Pine Tree Commercial Realty, LLC has promoted Erin Bremen to executive vice president of asset management and due diligence, Graham Grochocinski to senior vice president of brand, creative and omnichannel marketing, and Conor Bossy to vice president of acquisitions.
Bremenn will continue to lead all underwriting, due diligence, financing and closing efforts on new acquisitions as well as overseeing asset management of Pine Tree’s portfolio.
Grochocinski will manage Pine Tree’s brand and creative strategy, and will continue to oversee the company’s property-level marketing efforts focusing on tenant relations, social media, event management, customer experience, and omnichannel marketing technology integration.
Bossy will continue to source and analyze new acquisitions throughout the country.
