Pine Tree, LLC has assumed operational responsibility for Adams Dairy Landing, a 552,000-square-foot regional shopping destination located in Blue Springs, Missouri, approximately 19 miles east of downtown Kansas City.
The Chicago-based company has been engaged by the property’s owner to handle property management, leasing and asset management responsibilities for the shopping center.
First developed in 2007 by RED Development, Adams Dairy Landing is strategically located at the southeast corner of Interstate 70 and Adams Dairy Parkway, serving the eastern portion of the Greater Kansas City metro area. Anchored by national retailers TJ Maxx/HomeGoods, Ross Dress for Less, Petco, Michaels, and Ulta, the shopper center also features shadow anchors Target and Kohl’s.
