Cushman & Wakefield Executive Managing Director David Friedland, Managing Director Michael Magliano and Associate Michael Manna represented Pinnacle Systems in the off-market, $2.3 million sale of 3715 Swenson Ave., which closed in February, and $915,000 acquisition of 1510 Hubbard Ave., which closed at the end of 2020. The Swenson Avenue property totals 33,113 square feet, while the Hubbard Avenue building totals 16,095 square feet.
