Pinnacle, a global real estate provider, has been awarded management of the 508-unit Eden Place Apartments in Eden Prairie, Minn., and the 282-unit Regency Woods Apartments in Minnetonka Minn.
These class-A properties add to the company’s current Twin Cities portfolio of 6,000 apartments in 30 locations and to the company’s North Central Region that covers 14 states and more than 17,000 apartment units.
The assignment came about by a change in asset management firms not due to a sale of the properties.
