Elizabeth Massaro has joined law firm Pircher, Nichols & Meeks as an associate in the company’s Chicago office.
Before joining Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, Massaro worked as a tax associate at Sidley Austin, LLP. She had a background in drafting and negotiating tax provisions for asset and stock purchase agreements; partnership agreements, including joint ventures; and credit agreements. Massaro also has experience representing investors in affordable housing projects generating low-income housing tax credits.
