National real estate firm with offices in Chicago and Los Angeles, Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, has hired Kathleen Dempsey Boyle as an of counsel member in the Chicago office. Ms. Boyle has an extensive background in commercial real estate transactions for the development, operation and leasing of shopping centers, infill urban developments and mixed use properties.
Prior to joining Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, Ms. Boyle was an associate general counsel at General Growth Properties, Inc., where she handled complex real estate development matters including acquisitions and sales, municipal agreements, and anchor store, theater and big box leasing. Prior to that, Ms. Boyle was an attorney for Bridgestone tire and auto stores, where she negotiated new store leases, ground leases and financings with landlords and leasehold and fee lenders nationally.
