A few months ago PivotDesk launched ‘Cultivate’, a free service for commercial real estate brokers that allows them to develop, manage and nurture clients in a way that wasn’t previously possible. Built on top of the PivotDesk office-sharing platform, Cultivate provides a new way to serve small clients quickly and easily, without ever giving away the relationship.

“Since launching Cultivate in July, we have created mutually beneficial relationships with hundreds of commercial real estate professionals – from independent brokers to executives at some of the biggest firms in the nation,” said PivotDesk CEO David Mandell. “Marketplace signups are steadily increasing, resulting in a higher number of opportunities for brokers to develop new leads and nurture their relationships with growing companies who are requesting small or short term leases, or who are looking to sublease or office share.”

Mandell also noted that since its launch, Cultivate has provided a sense of security for clients who are considering a big commitment, while simultaneously enabling and engaging industry professionals who are looking to focus on generating more substantial deals without discarding relationships.

“Users have found value in our live dashboard that tracks their clients, provides ongoing updates, market reports, and the information needed to protect and grow those relationships,” he said. “Don’t just take our word from it – here’s a video testimonial from Alex Hammerstein, advisor with CBRE.”

Nick Fera, CEO of Chicago-based Firm58 Inc. was introduced to PivotDesk by one of their investors.

“We moved into a new office within the past year,” Fera said. “Our space was configured for a group larger than we currently have but easily used by another party. Within a couple of days PivotDesk helped us set up an account and within 2 weeks we had a business sign up. The ease at which we could advertise the space and locate a new partner was amazing. Un-utilized space will now be filled and both parties win.”

Ultimately, Mandell says that PivotDesk is for everyone with fluid business growth, and Cultivate is for every commercial real estate broker or owner trying to serve their clients better.

“The two sides don’t need to be at odds. Your business can grow and evolve freely, while only ever taking the office space you need. Cultivate can help your clients as they grow, evolve, and expand with the flexibility they need. Remove barriers. Create awesome. We all win.”
