The Pizzuti Companies and its partner, USAA Real Estate, have announced a new lease at CreekSide XVIII in Columbus, Ohio, bringing the multi-tenant industrial building to full occupancy.
A provider of ground transportation and related logistics services has leased the remaining 84,329 square feet at CreekSide XVIII, and the tenant is expected to occupy the space later this month.
Located on a 22-acre site, CreekSide XVIII features direct access from Alum Creek Drive, 32-foot clear heights, LED lighting and a 15-year, 100 percent tax abatement. Located in a key industrial distribution corridor, CreekSide is minutes from Rickenbacker International Airport.
Within CreekSide Industrial Center, Pizzuti has developed more than 12 million square feet since initiating work on CreekSide I in 1998. One of Columbus’ largest industrial parks with about 500 acres, CreekSide Industrial Center is now fully developed.
Pizzuti was represented by Phil Rasey, Pizzuti’s vice president of development, in the lease transaction.
