The Pizzuti Companies and its partner, USAA Real Estate, have announced new leases at CreekSide Industrial Center in the Columbus, Ohio, market.
EFL Expo Freight has increased its presence in the CreekSide XVI building on Global Court, leasing an additional 84,916 square feet. Initially leasing 70,955 square feet in 2017, this expansion more than doubles the company’s square footage, bringing its total occupancy to 155,871 square feet.
Additionally, TwinMed, LLC has leased 101,000 square feet at CreekSide XVI and XVIII. With warehouses in nine states throughout the country, TwinMed is one of the largest distributors of full-line medical supplies in the United States.
The buildings are located on a 22-acre site, and feature direct access from Alum Creek Drive, 32-foot clear heights, LED lighting and a 15-year, 100 percent tax abatement.
