The Pizzuti Companies have announced a new office tenant at the firm’s four-story mixed-use development in the Short North Arts District of Columbus, Ohio.
Circulo, Inc. will occupy nearly 16,000 square feet on the second floor at The Offices at The Sutton. A Medicaid insurance company, Circulo provides tech-enabled, world-class care to the nation’s most valuable populations. Backed by investors including locally based Drive Capital, Circulo was founded in fall 2020 in Columbus.
“The Lab will be the epicenter for innovation and collaboration for our team as we build the future of Medicaid. The Lab provides us with the digitally enabled office space necessary to scale our organization in the insurtech capital of the world,” said Mike Renn, Head of Operations for Circulo. “The Short North gives us a unique recruiting advantage as we look to attract the best local talent in Columbus while also providing an all-in-one environment for our team members frequently visiting from around the country. We look forward to sharing more about The Lab when we open later this year.”
Creating an experience that is unique to The Sutton, the offices feature open floor plans, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and are highlighted by unique outdoor spaces designed for exclusive tenant use. In addition to an unparalleled location, the development includes 36 underground parking spaces, six surface spots, and access to an adjacent, secured parking garage.
Pizzuti’s mixed-use development includes 45,000 square feet of fully leased Class A office space and 12,000 square feet of retail space that runs along High Street and West First Avenue. Just 1,500 square feet of retail space remains available.
