The Pizzuti Companies has announced the opening of The Residences at the Sutton, a luxury multi-family development in the Short North Arts District of Columbus, Ohio. Move-ins for first residents have officially begun.
The six-story project is located one block off High Street at 30 W. First Ave., within walking distance of Italian Village Park and Goodale Park as well as shopping, dining and retail. The development includes 100 apartment homes including studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans and 123 secured parking spaces.

Select apartment homes will also include expansive outdoor balconies or convenient private, walk-up entrances. The Sutton boasts spacious floor plans range from over 500-square-foot studio apartment homes to over 1,300-square-foot two-bedroom units.
