The Pizzuti Companies recently selected Colliers International as the leasing agent for a new 55,000-square-foot Class-A office building in the Short North District of Columbus, Ohio.
The Offices at The Joseph is a six-story office building with street-level retail space planned for the west side of High Street. A 313-space parking structure will be built adjacent to the new office building.
The office building and parking structure are part of Pizzuti’s planned mixed-use development that will include a 135-room boutique hotel on the east side of High Street and a 20,000-square-foot art gallery to house the art collection of The Pizzuti Companies chairman and chief executive officer Ron Pizzuti.
