The Pizzuti Companies is continuing construction at The Residences at The Sutton, the firm’s latest multi-family development project in the Short North district of Columbus, Ohio.
The six-story project includes 100 units and 123 structured parking spaces. Nestled between High Street and Park Street on First Avenue, the studio, one-, and two-bedroom floorplans provide residents with access to numerous art galleries, specialty shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee houses.
The Residences at The Sutton features luxury apartment homes with a chef-inspired kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, spacious floorplans with exposed concrete walls, hardwood floors, and modern lighting and above-market soundproofing.
Community amenities include a 2,000-square-foot rooftop deck with a built-in bocce ball court, an onsite fitness center that includes Peloton equipment and a professional onsite management team with 24-hour emergency service. Secured, covered parking protects vehicles from the elements, and the Luxer Room allows for efficient and secured package delivery and retrieval.
The Residences at The Sutton is the second phase of a multi-phase project, including a new mixed-use building located at 875 North High Street, directly to the east of the multi-family site, and the redevelopment of Wall Street, the alley between First Avenue and Price Avenue. The Offices at The Sutton is a four-story office and retail development and includes 45,000 square feet of Class A office space and 12,000 square feet of ground-level retail space, as well as an underground parking garage and surface parking dedicated for retail use.
