Jeff Kapcheck of CBRE represented ownership in the lease transaction and Dominic Carbonari with JLL represented the tenant, RJW Transport. A freight transportation services company, RJW has leased the entire 416,504-square-foot building. The new lease represents the company’s seventh location in the Chicago area, and is another example of continued growth by the logistics firm.
