Retailer Anthropologie has leased space in the Pizzuti Companies’ Joseph office building in the Short North arts district of Columbus, Ohio.
The clothing retailer will fill nearly 9,800 square feet on the Joseph’s first and second floors.
Pizzuit’s mixed-use Joseph development includes a boutique hotel, 313-space parking garage and the Pizzuti Collection, gallery space that houses the modern art collection of Ron Pizzuti, founder and chief executive officer of The Pizzuti Companies.
The office building — with 60,000 square feet of office and retail space — hotel and parking garage are scheduled for completion in 2014. The Pizzuti Collection Gallery will open to the public on Sept. 7 of this year.
