The Aladdin Shriners have selected a Grove City, Ohio, site to house the new Aladdin Shrine Center.
The Shriners will move late this year to the site of the Grand Oaks Event & Business Center at 1801 Gateway Circle in Grove City in the Columbus area.
Pizzuti Solutions is providing development management and owner’s representative services for the project, and worked closely with the Shriners to evaluate potential sites.
The new Shrine Center will use Grand Oaks’ existing 12,200-square-foot facility along with additions totaling about 15,085 square feet. A 10,350-square-foot garage/storage facility is also planned. Construction will begin in late April.
“The Aladdin Shrine has played an important role in Central Ohio for many years,” said Jim Russell, president of Pizzuti Solutions, in a written statement. “We are pleased to have a part in the development of the new Shrine Center.”
